There is no easy way to get my issue fixed, called CCD support, sent a tweet out, sent a Twitter message, but no body is bothers l, here is the story
I had purchased a wake up Orion machine on friendship day I guess it was

And 10 robusta packs of capsules
The machine worked for few months and then it started blinking red light as in when I tried to make coffee.
There was no manual provided with he machine, neither did it have any seal on the box.
Having the faith with the store manager I took and am not sure I was given a bill for it, or I might have lost it.
I went to the store and was told to contact customer service which I did, and I was told to use the manual which I didn't revive with the machine.
Hence an email was sent with the pdf, and was asked to refer page[protected] for descaling. In the manual it doesn't say what is a recommended solution for descaling what should be used. Which is really disappointing, I managed to get some descaling capsules crushed them and descaled for like 40 mins and tried to make coffee again.
And guess what the red light still won't go.
I went back to the store the store manager told me to contact area manager and area manager asked me to contact support. This is going no where
He machine is lying there and I can't use it, my coffee capsules are expired and really disappointed with the lack of knowledge the staff has about the machine.
If you guys want to sell a machine don't say that you don't have to do anything
How can descaling part is missed and what to be used for descaling is missed how to descale is missed
I need the machine to be replaced I can't deal with it anymore
