[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Payment Issue | |||
Had visited Cafe Coffee Day last night at the Gardens Galleria mall, next to GIP in Noida. The total bill was RS. 617/-, had offered my credit card to pay, on which I was told the card machine is not working, I asked them if I can make payment through Paytm, upon which I was given some mobile no on which I paid through my Paytm. Thereafter, I asked for the bill, on which the counter guy told me they will be able to give only manual bill as the billing was made through Paytm. I seriously feel I have been cheated on the billing, also since there is a cash back of 15% if paid thru Paytm at CCD. Looking forward a your reply & action. I call ur call center 3 times my complaint no is: 1165 no one come to repair that since 3 days .plzz give me support ... plzz call me on [protected] mr abhishek call me and resolve the problem as soon as possible
