Hi this is phirdos.. I have phillips voucher.. And we want lamonade in this voucher.. But your team dint provide us lemonade.. We vist at prshant vihar sector 14 rohini one of your team member redeem our voucher without my permission and i had to taken capachino insted of lemonade.. ([protected]) Now we are at sector 7.. I am a regular customer of CCD of Ram Chowk, Surat, Gujarat Branch. Daily I use to Visit the Cafe to have my favorite drink Cocoa Crunch Shake, but from past 4 to 5 visits I m noticing that they are Cutting the quantity and quality of Shake, and when I asked the staff about the quality degrading then they rudely replied that We have to answer our higher officials do not allow us to use proper quantity of milk that's why we compensate the quantity with lots of Ice. Then they pour that shake into that glass bottle which filled upto 75% and was empty by 25% . Now I asked them about quantity So they all together laughed at me and said that you are our regular customer atleast you should not consider these small issues. I m pretty much depressed about the behavior of the staff of Such a big brand of Cafe.
