We took CCD's coffee machine on rent for a year. At the time of signing contract, CCD took 25000/- security deposit.
Because of of their machine's bad performance, delay in fixing the machine, poor maintenance services, we cancelled the deal.
After returning the machine in March end 2022, We are now waiting for them to refund our security deposit. We are sitting on June and they still haven't. We were told within 45 days we'll get our refund. But, nothing happened till now.
Their account Manager Devyanshu is now escaping all communication and their customer support department doesn't respond.
CCD is scamming with the security deposit I think and it's high time someone must take action on CCD. Was this information helpful? |
