Cafe Coffee Day — Security deposit not been refunded | |||
Dear Team, We had raised a request to pull out a coffee vending machine in June 2020 but the company took almost 3 months to execute this request. Meantime we have been forced to pay the rent for the Vending Machine of about Rs.7, 500/- to M/s Nilavan Enterprise, the distributor for Cafe Coffee day. As I had returned the vending machine, i requested for a refund of our deposit Rs.25, 000/- from cafe coffeeday. It has already been 4 months since i submitted my refund letter to the Coffee day team on 13th Aug 2020 and doing a regular follow up with the sales executive and distributor. Every time i reach out to them they were giving false promises, lame excuses and now they are avoiding to answer my queries and calls. I wrote several emails, having the Zonal head in the loop but no one cares about responding. Its almost more than 6months since this issue has been addressed but nothing happened for now. I need my refund to be processed at the earliest. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
