[Resolved]  Cafe Coffee Day — vending machine - refund not received

Hello,

Our company "claim accurate medical billing india pvt ltd" situated then in anna nagar chennai at the time of buying vending machine in october 2018 had deposited rs 25, 700 as refundable deposit. When lockdown was imposed during april 2020, the vending machine was returned and the refund was requested. But unfortunately the refund amount is not received till date. They initially said they don't have record of the payment but after we sent the screenshot of the bank statement, they now request the information in company letter head and so on. This seems to be only a delay tactics and we have lost hope. Hence raising this complaint. Appreciate if this could be looked upon immediately.
