Worst service and cake delivered.

Attached the images of the cake received. Nothing at all was right about the cake. Below are major problems:
- cake was broken (Images attached)
- the base bread under fondant was dry as if 2-3 days old
- the fondant was bitter and sticky

I have paid ₹3000 for this # cake!!!

On top of all this, even the delivery was delayed by an hour. When i am trying to call numbers provided no one was picking the call or responding. Untill i called zillion times.

If this is what you are offering! Please shut i down.. Don’t spoil people’s events and please don’t let them down 😡 in front of their guests.
