Cake Studio / Brewberrys Hospitality — not delivered what was shown in pic

I’m very very upset with the experience with cakestudio.in in gurgaon. This for ordered for 8th feb for the 2nd anniversary of our organization.

We ordered for naked cake but we were given the normal cream cake. We ordered for vanilla cake and no where we were told that this look will come only in chocolate cake. We are not the expert you guys are and we should have been told about the same. Look at the colours of flowers you have put. We wanted exactly the same cake but what was delivered was absolutely disaster.

Attaching the pictures for what we ordered and what we got. We paid rs.9800 for this cake which was not even up to the mark in looks leave alone the taste… after checking with so many vendors we decided to go with your company but it was absolutely disappointing. I need a refund.
