Today was the scheduled delivery of my order ordf833c550a08cc8f for kolkata location. I placed the order beforehand and payed 3750 in advance. I sent them the repeated reminders since the day of order 28th june and they assured me that they will deliver. Today-on the day if delivery they directly called the recipient (The person for whom it was supposed to be a surprise) and told that they cannot deliver the order and will refund the amount. They called the person for whom it was supposed to be a surprise and shared these details without informing me. When i called them back they just kept on saying that we have initiated the refund. Issue has been resolved and same has convayed to Customer well in advance.

When in advance was it conveyed?
And how is the issue resolved?
Shall i post images of my entire calk history/email/WhatsApp chats where you guys not even once mentioned that this order cant be delivered/accepted?
And moreover you contacted the gift recipient directly saying that the cake wont be delivered.
Even after this complaint, and cancelling the order never once did you contact me.
I had to again call you guys to ask about the order status once i got information from the person having the Birthday !
Can you share why was it cancelled on the day of delivery that too around 3:30 PM IST?
Also please share the logs where you shared this information with me well in advance and even after submitting this complaint you guys did not reach out to me.
