Cake Studio / Brewberrys Hospitality — Ordered a designer cake but not delivered

I have ordered a designer cake worth ₹4549 on[protected]. I have completed my payment and recieved a payment confirmation message. But there is no update after that. The contact number that they have mentioned in their website is a fake one. This is high level fraud they are doing to the consumers. Please initiate action and try to help to refund my money.
