Service: extremely poor, rude staff, uncouth behaviour and no business ethics. Seems like this place is run by bunch of irresponsible kids who have no idea about customer service or business etiquette and are only looking at looting people of their money.
Quality: substandard and nothing extraordinary like they claim their cakes to be
Price: exorbitant, way too high for the cake that i received.
The worse part is that there is a cake artist who goes by a similar name and seems like a lot of customers like me have mistaken cakestudio.in to be that artist and placed an order with them.
The flavour of my cake was wrong, the design on my customized cake was nowhere close to what i was led to believe. Was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
