Cake Studio / Brewberrys Hospitality — Took payment and no delivery

I ordered Cake for my Niece from London a week back from the Birthday date. I got all conformation and everything by email. I called them up early morning they said its baking and will be ready shortly. I had function at my house for evening, then i called them up again to check in noon and they said it still getting ready (where as i asked them to deliver it by morning a week back). At 4:00 pm they said delivery is on the way, should reach you in half and hour. Then at lest 20 times i tried after every 15-20 mins No answer of calls at all and finally at 8:05 pm they answer it and said sorry we are cancelling it because we didn't find barbie. So much insult i had to face, all fucntion was depending on cake and all shops got closed at this time. 2nd birthday of my niece and it got tears in my eyes because of them not taking costumers seriously and treating them like garbage. I paid Rs2499 for the cake that to a week back. Whole my function got ruined at we had to face insulting situation. I demand to temporary suspend there licence or pay full function arrangement money 25000 rupees.
