This is regarding order number ORD489F4903 on December 10, 2015 at Delhi. We were highly disappointed and more than that, embarrassed by the cake delivered to us at the venue. This is the cake that is displayed on your website: https://cakestudio.in/items/index/wedding-pink-cake-6.5kgs/55d8121b[protected]ae...⇄ However the cake that was delivered to us was of extremely poor quality. 1. The icing did not have the finishing that is displayed in the photo on your website. It did not look like it had been done by a professional. 2. The cake was not even standing straight. The layers were tilting on one side. 3. The biggest shock of all was that the bottom layer turned out to be completely thermocol, there was no cake at all. 4. The cake was delivered before the requested time, so we were not at the venue when the cake was delivered. When we reached there, we realized that besides the inferior quality of the cake - 5. the message we had requested for to be written on the cake was missing and 6. they had not provided the knife too. 7. We tried calling the delivery person multiple times but he did not receive the call. All this in the middle of my engagement party in front of all the guests. It was very embarrassing. Your website should be sued for cheating your customers like this, charging such a huge amount of money and delivering such a poor quality of service. We demand that the money paid by us be refunded to us. First of all the cake was not of 6.5 kgs as mentioned on your website since the bottom layer was thermocol. Also as described above and can be seen from the photo, the cake was of extremely poor quality and not worth the money paid by us (Rs. 10, 550).
