Pathetic service i must say! Highly disappointed with the cake design and their services. Had very bad experience with you guys.

Let's start from the starting, i ordered cake based on boss baby theme and what i got was absolutely horrible. There was no finishing at all in the cake as well as cake colour was black and white what they delivered was white and purple coloured.

When i was ordering they told me they will be sending cake design picture before dispatch.
But without any image directly they sent cake. I tried calling them so many times but they didn't answer even a single call. I mailed them as well but there was no response for mail.
Seriously very disappointed!
I really want my full refund for this disgusting service...
You guys are literally pathetic and fraud!
I wish i can give you less than 1 star. You guys deserves negative rating.
