I have a home loan with canfinhomes ramachandrapuram branch, hyderabad. There is no proper online statements. No proper justification on the variations in interest amounts. I had recently changed my ecs debit account from citibank to hdfc. I have followed up multiple times of the process is completed or to maintain amount in the previous account for this month but they told me that it is done and the amount will be deducted from new hdfc account but yesterday night they tried to claim money from old citibank who got bounced due to insufficient balance. My cibil score is affected and still there is no update. 350 was charged by citibank and 590 is charged by canfin but the mistake is canfin's. Kindly provide a solution
