Can Fin Homes — can fin homes customer portal not working

Hello sir - i have been trying to login to customer portal since 3 weeks in december 2019
Always i get server is overloaded or down for service message.

Can you let me know why is the issue and when this will be resolved?
What is the alternative here?
Also i would like to know what is the process to pre-close and get all the documents from the bank

it is still down. it's been a month it's not working.

Still, this portal is down with no update to customers. Even if you send emails there is no response from either from customer services or from branch. They will only respond over calls, that too they will ask you to send email. Only after that they will respond to your queries on call. useless financial services.
