Can Fin Homes — customer login portal is not working

Hello,

I own a home loan with canfin home loans. I use to login into customer portal to check balance and other details. Now, this portal is not working for more than one month and i have send an email as well. But, still no response on this. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. So that i can check my details through this portal and check my principal outstanding amount.

Even I am facing the same issue. Below is the error response on trying to open the Canfin customer portal. Can this be resolved at the earliest?

"The requested service is temporarily unavailable. It is either overloaded or under maintenance. Please try later."

I have attached a screenshot of the error page as well. It is been more than a week that I am seeing this issue.
