[Resolved] Can Fin Homes Ltd — Imposing higher interest rate irrespective of market conditions and guidelines of RBI

I Devendra Prasad have pursued a home loan from Can Fin Homes Ltd. with bearing loan No[protected] of an amount 9, 50, 000 /- sanctioned dated 25/02/2009 with a rate of interest 10.5%. It was informed that the rate of interest was floating type and would be informed every year in case the rate of interest get varied, which was not carried and the rate of interest was varied without prior notice. The variations of rate of interest is as follows below. Rate of Interest Duration 10.50% March 2009 - March 2009 10.25% April 2009 - December 2010 11.25% January 2011 - January 2011 11.75% February 2011 - July 2011 12.25% August 2011 - till date It is observed that the rate of interest was very high when compared to other banks during this course of years. I Requested Can Fin Homes Ltd. to reduce rate of interest during those course of years and recalculate and adjust the same in loan structure. It was observed in the consolidated statement structure that for the month of September 2011, October 2011 & November 2011, the principal amount was not deducted and only interest was deducted during that interim (an attached file with highlighted), which creates mismanagement and bluffing the customer by deducting interest amount only. I also visited the nearest branch (Gurgaon) to complain about my issue many times, but still they hasn’t able to solve. I been trying every year and they used to console. They are re-iterating that submit 0.5% of principle outstanding and your rate of interest w.e.f. payment date will be reduced. But, I want to reduce my rate of interest w.e.f. April 2009 and want my money back which was fraudulently taken by Can Fin. Homes Ltd. I e-mailed the Can fin. Homes Ltd. many times, but there is no response. From this forum, I want my money back.
