Can Fin Homes — Need to close the Loan

Hi Team,
We are facing issues for closing the loan, Also Our Intrest rates are changing Frequently (YOY) which is close to 10.5% now. And we are trying to close the Loan by paying the outstanding/ Closing Balance. Also we have paid our EMI in time regularly. when we ask about the higher interest rates Can fin team was not responding properly and asking to close the loan if needed. And now we want to close it, Then they are not responding properly and saying that it will take 45days to 2 month to close the loan.

The loan was taken from Canfin Homes - Namakkal Branch, We are ready to close it now.

Also the deducted EMI is not added to the loan principal amount. they are keep as an advance . We cant even getting the loan statements regularly.
Our EMI is for 7 years in statements its showing as 20 years. No clear clarifications from the bank.

We are visiting to the Namakkal Branch on regular basis, No Progress.
