Can Fin Homes — Not reducing rate of interest of my home loan

I have a home loan from CanFin Home Loans Ltd - Kanakapura Branch. As per recent guidelines from RBI rate of interest needs to be reduced. For that we have contacted branch and paid 0.5% of my home loan amount (17250Rs) as processing fee to reduce rate of interest from 9.7 to 8.95. Written application has been given in end of Feb or early March and amount got debited from my account on 17th March. But till now they didn't reduced rate of interest. When we call branch they use to tell it will happen by end of April2017. But it didn't happen. When I called them in May they are telling process has been changed and we will send you some application from register post by 10th May and then you have to come to branch and sign on other application. Till now no application reached us by register post. So, called them again, now they are telling other story, we are changing rate of interest by 25th May and then take that register post process. Not sure how many more stories we have to hear from them. Other than this I sent mails to CanFin grievance mail ID on 4th May, but till now no reply on it and I called their escalation numbers mentioned in their website but no one will pick the call or it will not work. I feel like if there is any hike in rate of interest they won't do this kind of stuff, immediately they will hike interest rate. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST SERVICE OF CANFIN.
