Can Fin Homes — regarding payment issue

I kamlesh kaushik took a loan from canfin homes. Earlier, my loan payment was made through cheques for one year. After that, i have opt for automatic loan deduction service from my given account on 3jan'18 but it's been 2 months past and it is not started yet.
It won't be possible for me to go to the bank for updation of this service.
Kindly see to this matter and hopefully it will resolve from your side.

I have a home Loan from Canfin and despite the interests coming down the bank has not given me the benefit. Iam still paying 12+% and bank officials are not friendly to help.

I am not even getting a top up and I'm paying 48k per month for 45 lakh loan.

Please help in reducing the Emi so that I can pay easily.
