Respected sir, as i have a loan at ur company "canfin Homes", earlier i was to be charged at the ROI 8.95%. But i have received the Message again ROI has gone to 9.50% again you are charging higher rate of interest compaired to other Banks. Others banks rate of interest has fallen compaired to earlier but its vice-versa at you company"canfin homes Ltd".

So kindly revise us with the ROI as soon as compaired to canara bank.

    Hi, my loan product could have changed from composite to home loan long back. Becauae of your staff negligence, it didn't happen yet and i'm getting charged higher rate of interest for for home loan for long time. The rate of interest is ~11to11.5% which is equivalent to personal loan. Is it not a shame of your brand for charging such high rate of interest. My loan ac no[protected]. Please consider it as my escalation on branch n branch staff as i'm raising this complaints aftrr following up with bank staff many times. Understand the pain of paying higher rate of interest and address my concern on high priority before i choose other alternatives

      Dear sir,

      My name is paras h dasadiya, we taken home loan on my father name, mr, hasmukh bhai b dasadiya, we need share certificate, that why my brother go at your branch, c. G. Road ahmedabad but at that time, mr nikunj behaviours is very bad, also i call for today that time some one talk from your branch that time your educative talk like street boy, we not taken loan on zero interest rate we pay you interest regurally to you till date not a single emi bounce, from us, so we acpect behaviours like man from you and inform you we have preapproved loan now in more than 2, 3 banks, hope your service will improve.

        CanFin home finance is a Ltd Company with no ethics and standard process with EMI and Interest rates and also providing services to the customers. If anyone is opting CanFin Homes as your Home loan financial provider, then you are welcoming 20 or 30 years of trouble’s in your life.
        Better to choose any other bank than CanFin Homes to lead a happy life.

          Respected Sir,

          I am Thirumala Penchala W/o P. Surender Rao holding a home loan with Canfin Homes at Nampally/Hyderabad Branch vide reference Account No.

          I would like to sale my property (flat) accordingly one of family friend Mr. Shivaji is ready to purchase that flat.

          I and Mr. shivaji visited the Canfin Homes Ltd., Hydrabad/Nampally branch along with all related documents to check eligibility and apply the loan and for transfer the loan to Mr. Shivaji. But office staff are not responded, finally they informed me at present the Manager is transferred hence we are not processing any new business.

          Mr. Shivaji approached the other banks for House loan, the IIFL Bank is sanctioned the loan. At the time of sanctioning the loan, the bankers asked the applicant Mr. Shivaji to provide the list of documents which was submitted by me to your Nampally Branch office at the time of loan processing.

          As request by Mr. Shivaji I approached the Canfin Home Loans Nampally/Hyderabad Branch office on 6th May, 2019 and requested the Manager to issue the List of Documents Statement. But I was informed by the Manager for issue the statement it will take one week process. As per his instructions I have applied for the issue of statement on 6th May, 2019.

          As on today they have not issued Statement and since (21) twenty one days they are simply saying that statement has to come from Head Office. Whenever it will come we will give the statement. But the sanctioned bankers i.e., IIFL completed the loan process and they are waiting for this statement only. They are warned to Mr. Shivaji if not submitting the statement within a week (7 days) your sanctioned loan will be cancelled.

          If your people are not issue the statement before 28.05.2019 I will fall in high risk and I will be put into financial loss and I am loosing my promise.

          I am very much surprised that for issue a single statement Canfin Bankers are taking this much of time and other bankers are completed the loan process. I may think Canfin Bankers are giving this much of trouble for foreclosing the loan account.

          Please don’t do like that, we will approach again for other loans in future. So my humble request to you to instruct the Canfin Home Loans Nampally/Hyderabad branch Manager to issue the statement immediately and release from the above risk.

            Hi,

            Few days back i sent an email with my concerns but no response till now:

            For the month april and may rs.22918 has been put under "excess exist details" and not reflecting in loan balance sheet amount.
            As per discussion on bangalore and greater noida branch contact numbers, a new process is introduced where excess amount above the emi amount will be moved to this new head and will be credited when this excess amount reaches upto 10 emi amount. Other option is to send a check or dd with a letter to get it reflected directly in the loan amount.

            It is also confirmed by mr. Ratheesh kumar, this excess amount rs.22918 will be adjusted in my loan account next month itself.

            Concerns:
            1) you already have my contact details, email and address details so why this new process was not conveyed to me and who else will convey?
            2) who will pay interest to me on rs.22918 which was kept aside for almost 2 months without informing me about this new process.
            3) if through a letter and cheque/dd you are going to credit the amount instantly so what is the problem in online transfer which is an easy option for customers.
            4) if this new process was introduced 2 months back, why the online transfer link on canfin site is still open?

            Is there anyone in canfin who can address these concerns asap.

              Dear sir/madam.
              Had a harrowing experience, at the hands of the manager at canfin homes jayanagar bangalore.
              I am a resident of calgary alberta canada.
              I have an apartment on bannerughatta road bangalore, for the sale of which i entered into a sale agreement with mr. Nawin rai, who is currently my tenant. Apartment was purchased in 2008, with the property hypothecated to sbt, now (Sbi btm layout 2nd stage bangalore.)
              The apartment plan is panchayath approved, (Later came under bbmp) with a b khatha, and taxes being paid to the bbmp for the last ten years.
              The file for loan approval was moved in the first week of april and the then manager said (After seeing documents) that the loan will be processed in two weeks. I booked tickets at a cost of $ 1250, to reach on the 23 of april.in the mele the manager got transferred and a rajashekhar took over as the new manager. According to the update i received from the liaison officer, the loan process was almost complete and i was asked to clear my existing loan and submit the original documents for scrutiny. Which i did by the 26 th of april. This is the first time i met the manager, the first impression created by him, told that he did not want to release the loan, nor was he interested in talking to me (Reason for which i still don't know) his attitude, approach, and mannerisms were demeaning. He started giving a reason or the other to delay the process.
              I told him my situation, and my return date of journey which was on the 9th of may. The money involved in travel, the loss of pay i was on and the limited time i had. Further i told him the fact that the manager before wanted to se the original documents and needed to do a final house visit (Which he said he will be coming on three occasions, but never came) before the cheque was issued to the buyer.
              He said i don't care about the other manager, i will do things my way. (Where i suspected he was expecting some monetary benefits from me.)
              I was stressed and shattered as i had travelled 22000 km and was staying at a lodge to get things done, and this person dosent care for his customer.
              He kept delaying things, and to add to the stress, on of the clerks venkatesh came out with a discovery that there was some issue with partnership deed of the builder. (This is after the lawyer of the bank has given a positive report, and two banks dhfl and sbi has also given loans on the same project).
              With this i clearly understood that mr. Rajashekhar did not want to do his job, he was taking pleasure out of harassing me, the buyer and the liaison agent., he further asked for a second opinion from the lawyer. With my return date nearing i asked him when can we have the process completed, he kept on saying one more week. Finally the lawyers report was tabled again on the 8th of may, and i was trying to postpone my ticket at a loss of $2000, but was sure what to do, cas the manager would not confirm one thing to me. On 8th a day before my return, the liaison officer was made to wait in the bank from 10 am to 7.30pm, and in the end he was told the loan cant be released as he needed more time to take opinion from a different lawyer.
              I decide enough is enough, cas i knew from the way he was handling, even if i waited another week loosing money and time, there is no guarantee mr. Rajashekhar will process things.
              I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned, that this was the most harrowing and stressful experience a customer could have had.
              Further there is a breach in contract as, the bank okayed the loan, but the attitude of a poor manager made all o[censored]s suffer. Through this mail, i would like to inform the concerned that i need to be compensated for my losses (Money, time and stress).
              Travel and accommodation costed me, $ 6000, and the loss of pay i suffered around $1350. The stress and humiliation cannot be retrieved, but i want to see that mr. Rajashekahar does not repeat this attitude and behaviour to other customers.
              Expecting that the concerned, will do investigate and do the needful. Resting all my hopes on you for justice. I can provide further details required when asked for.

                I have a home loan from can fin homes nehru place, new delhi branch from 2009.

                I am paying rs. 15000 as emi from disbursal of load in sep'2009. This was used to be adjusted in interest first and rest amount in principal balance. Last month apr'19 again, i paid rs.15000 as usual but only rs. 5, 723.00 adjusted and rest amount parked. When i contacted branch, they say this is new rule from nhb.
                My question is why this amount parked and why should i pay interest on the amount which i already paid. No any update from the bank what will happen of the excess amount what i have paid to bank.
                I mailed to "grievance. [protected]@canfinhomes.com" and also raised in grievance portal but still no any response.

                  My emi amount were taken from personal bank savings account on 15th apr 2019 as an ecs in every month. But this amount didn't add in my can find home loan account.
                  I have tried and informed with email and phone calls. Canfin staff said have to wait until amount add in my account.
                  How long need to wait? I don't know. Already i am waiting last 15 days.

                    I am paying emi @ rs.12000/-. Since 2007 i am paying rs.10086/- as emi and since 2012, i am paying rs.12000/-. As usual this month also rs.12000/- deducted from my account but rs.3386/- only shown deducted from my outstanding amount i. E. Rs.107310 minus rs.3386 and outstanding shown as rs.103924/- whereas it should be rs.95310/-.
                    On which authority it is done so? And what about that remaining amount rs.8614/-, why it is not deducted from the outstanding?
                    Is the bank having any such authority to do so without the knowledge of the customer.
                    In view of above i am requesting you to settle the matter at the earliest and show the correct outstanding against my account. I am planning to get another home loan after completion of this. At this juncture it is not fare to do like this.

                      I have taken hl at canfin gachibowli branch. Since day 1 i am having bitter experience with staff. They are not polite and bm is not monitoring the transactions and services. I was told that pemi will be presented on 05 of every month. But date no discipline observed in presentation. I am following up with team for presentation. When i enquired about the status, staff is not responding in proper way and they are behaving like a superior and questioning me about the delay. This is to bring to the notice of higher, due to the poor customer service i am facing very embarrassing situation.

                          They are imposing more interest rate than original agreement, increased terms without any communication,
                          No letter through posts, courier, neither emailed about reduction in interest rate.
                          No reply to our lettrs, no mail reply, keep silent on all applications, not updated in loan account files. Too much of fraud since, 2013.
                          Example
                          Loan amount 15, 00, 000/-
                          Interest rate - 9.85% under rural kanya subject to following terms
                          1)Loan amount Less than or equal to 15Lakh
                          2) including ladies in property registration and loan account
                          3) Property in Rural jurisdiction
                          For this 1% Interest subsidy given by RBI, to be credited into our loan account, which was not done properly.
                          Terms 15 years increased to 17 years
                          Agreed EMI : 15, 890/- but, paying 18, 000/-since inception.
                          Please get justice on this and lost money from inception.

                          Already raised issues through NHAI, but, no use. CANFIN spoken over phone only telling past loses can not be paid and adjusted into loan account.

                          Also, looking details such as how many such cases, amount involved like this.
                          Communication strategy and relies. Etc. Must be scrutinized further.

                              regarding payment issue

                              I kamlesh kaushik took a loan from canfin homes. Earlier, my loan payment was made through cheques for one year. After that, i have opt for automatic loan deduction service from my given account on 3jan'18 but it's been 2 months past and it is not started yet.
                              It won't be possible for me to go to the bank for updation of this service.
                              Kindly see to this matter and hopefully it will resolve from your side....

                              Hi i had applied housing loan in can fin. They have taken procesing fee of rs 360000. They could not sanction the requested amount so have we had to go for other bank. Initially they said we will get amount to our account as we have not taken any loan. But now the manager of bagalakunte, bengaluru branch is saying that we will not get any money as refund. This is the worst experience no bank will deduct processing fee first and they did not even sanctioned the requested amount. Please help me out on this.
