Canara Bank — Bank executive harassment to customer | |||
I am existing customer of canara bank name harjit faldessai account number[protected] branch quepem goa . I had today visited branch to withdraw cash from the bank but the lady cashier refused to give the cash saying that signature is wrong as per records, later i signed again, then the bank staff verified with the records n said its ok cash can be released but the lady cashier again refused to give the cash and treated me very badly therefore hurting my sentiments n my prestige issue . I am very much disappointed with the lady staff n request you to take necessary action against her or i have to approach reserve bank of india . This is with reference to the ATM transaction of Rs.10000 declined from Bank of Baroda ATM dated 29/10/16.Even it is declined the said amount is deducted my Canara Bank account[protected].
