Dear sir, This is satish kumar and my a/c is[protected] branch kothavalasa When withdrawing money from pendurthi pulagani paleam road an canara bank atm, the transaction failed because of which 7, 000 rs was debited from my account. I raised a complaint to the bank they said within 24 hours the amount would be credited back to my account, but no response till now. I have faced this situation before, with an icici card but the amount was credited back to my account immediately. Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest possible? Canara bank asks to show original aadhaar (the one in the plastic card) to open a account.When UIDAI has stated that a paper copy of aadhaar is equivalent to the original.I was denied to open a account wit eAadhaar.
