Canara Bank — refund not credited on my account | |||
I place the order for samsung m20 mobile on 3rd of june . and it got cancelled due to some exchange old mobile issue. And on 6th june from amazon side refund initiated . and they promised to give the refund with 6 working days. 13th is the last day for my fund. i spoke with amazon and canara bank . both are blaming each other, and amazon given the transaction id of refund . the transaction id is[protected]. so kindly help me to sort out this issue asap.
