[Resolved] Capital First — consumer loan-refund for duplicate emi | |||
Hello, this is rekha vishe. I have loan account of capital first. (Idfc). My lan[protected]. I made online payment through my debit card on 4th march 2019 around 12pm morning. Around 2.39 pm 1234 got deducted through ecs from my bank account. Actually i had misconception that if i made sufficient amount on the emi date i. E 2nd of every month i would be ok. So i. Made deposit of sufficient amount on 2nd march morning. Still my emi got bounced and when i made online paymen it didn't update and got debited again. So if possible please waive off my bounce charges. I won't make same mistake again. And kindly refund my 1234. For deduction of duplicate emi... I tried customer care executive they asked me to wait, i raised request on portal, i emailed but got no reply..
