Dear sir Am one of the customer account no 5983393 of capital first paying my regural monthly emi in month of feb my emi were detucted twice for washing machine. For rs 2440/- Its been 20 days but still they have not refunded my dectucted amount back in my bank account inspite of several reminders & phone call to mr kartik iyer giving silly excues & false promises that amount will be refunded today but till date...? No refund For their mistake my two cheques were bouncesd & that has effected my cibil score for personal loan applied Kindly awaiting for your urgent intervation for refund of my detucted amount Was this information helpful? | |||
