[Resolved]  Capital First — emi-bounce related query

Hello sir/mam,

My name is dilip kumar sharma registered mobile number is [protected]. I had applied for two consumer durable loan having a/c no 10870488 and 9807426.
As per my bank statement, i have paid all the emi for both the loans.

I have been pretty punctual with my timely payments until i was charged twice for the month of june 2017 wherein 2 emi was deducted from my bank account. The extra amount deducted had an adverse effect on my child's education fee for which i had signed a cheque to the school and the same was bounce only because you guys charged me extra without any prior intimation or approval. Post this i had stopped my ecs payments, however, i use to call the loan department in advance for collecting cash and per their suggestion, i paid the rest of my payments via paytm and cash. Records for the same can be presented on request. I would greatly appreciate if you understand my situation being a working-class professional where i can't bear the bounce charges which are not justified from my part as the problem and errors were from the capital first team. Kindly look into it at the earliest and suggest me the best solution to it. Much thanks!

I brought TV in capital first finance I have cleared 8 months emi in one shot payment but now executive saying I have to 2000rs again I have all the recording in my phone that executives told me to pay u people r torturing me please clear my issue and submit Noc this is my mobile number [protected]
