[Resolved] Capital First — emi card blocked with out any reason | |
I would like to know the reason why my EMI card is blocked. Has been a loyal customer to Capital first for the past three years, never ever missed an EMI. When I went to the store, they said the card is blocked. Called the customer care multiple times, all I hear is DUE TO THE INTERNAL POLICIES. I don't understand what internal policies are. Even the customer care executives are not aware what exactly it is. Help me know why it is being blocked without any message or intimation, it was really frustrating when the person in the reliance store told that the card is been blocked.
