This is to inform that one one of the employee named ARUN ROY was very rude with me over the phone. I had missed my emi for the month of May so I had asked this person to send the executive to my place on 15th of May to collect the emi amount, but unfortunately I had to leave for out for station for some emergency purpose the night before i:e 14th of May, and I informed the same to the executive who called to come to my place to collect the amount. After some time I received a call from this number ( [protected]) and the person named ARUN ROY who had no manners to speak to a person specially a woman, on top of that he is teaching me his way of work, boss emergency doesn't come informed. This person was yelling over the phone like anything, and at last, I had to disconnect the call saying that I will be back to Kolkata in next 2 to 3 days, after that they could call me again to collect the amount. It's very sad that people run their business because of the customers, but if employee doesn't have the ettiqate to talk to the customers, then it will leave a very bad impression of the company. We all are professional in today's world, so we should know how to talk to customers with respect. Very poor customer services OF CAPITAL FIRST.
