Hi, i have not yet received my emi card as my loan id is cm-66412 and also the loan has been closed long back, i am feeling difficult to purchase the goods without the card so if you would be able to helpout in this and arrange to deliver the card, as i have also tried to reach the customer care regarding this issue but not solved yet so try to resolve it faster so that it will be helpfull.

      On may 28th, 2015 i had received no dues certificate for two wheeler loan (Account # 2804589) from capital first.

      Now in june 2017, after 2 years loan status is still active in my cibil statement. Capital first have not closed two wheeler loan after 2 years period.

      Please help me to close loan account[protected] in cibil statement.

        I had a LOAN with capital first, The first time I took this LOAN and experience the pathetic experience . I bought a Fully automatic machine from capital by paying 2 EMI in advance and rest 8 installments needs to be paid by ECS which is of Rs2260 and needs to be deduct every 5th of every month, FIrst ECS was in nov 2016, the capital first informed be that the ECS mandate form was rejected and you will have to pay the EMI by patm so I always used to pay the EMI 10 days prior that is on 25th of everymonth but suddenly for may 2017 EMI which I paid on 25th april that is before 10 days, they presented the ECS in bank by somehow I don't know and that too was not informed to me by capital first nor by bank and the ECS got bounced . instead of paying the installment 10 days before I have to pay the bouncing charges of Rs 400, what a pathetic services they are providing, firstly when the person is paying on time from the last 6 months what is the need of presenting the ECS in bank and that too without informing the customer and for what they presented the ECS as it is already paid in advance and from the last 6 days I am waiting for the NOC letter still they did'nt provide this, I would say please stay aware from this bull #### financer which do not the update the system on time and the overdue charges are need to be paid by consumer, Please I will request you to all on web stay away from capital first

          With reference to the above i had taken business loan from capital first in july 2016 but due to poor market conditions i am unable to pay the same for last seven months due to which there is constant harrasment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also, which is damaging my reputation in the market. Recently my relatives have received call from your call centre number[protected] and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also. They have alao threatened me to pay or they will further contact my other relatives and friends.

            With reference to the above i had taken business loan from capital first in july 2016 loan account number is 7134520 but due to poor market conditions i am unable to pay the same for last seven months due to which there is constant harrasment of recovery agents at my place from your end.               I purchase a mobile htc smartphone from capital first in rs - 15990.
              I pay rs -5990 at the of purchase and rest amount in loan in 5 installment. The installment amount is rs 1999. First two installment was made by cash and rest amount deduct in my a/c. But after a long time the cspitalfirst shown me that cheque bounce charges was to be paid by me. My a/c status shown that some of rds was due in this matter but it was a fully rubbish talk. I am hopeless.

                  As per telephonic conversation with capital first customer executive, here i want to let you know from myself my name is gaurav kumar rajput my capital first loan number is 9998973. I have take loan for buy led tv and my first emi commencing date is 5th april 2017 which is amount 3245rs for 14 month, and now problem is that capital first company has deducted rs.2500 on dated 20march2017 from my account without my knowledge and my permission. And now they again deducted amount rs.500 on dated 24/may/2017 from my account i was mailed to capital first many time i have not received any proper reply from them from last 3 month.

                  I have not received any call or any proper reply from capital first from last 2 to 3 month lot of time i have provided my bank statements many many time to capital first customer care to CAPITAL FIRST EXECUTIVE Mr. Deepak Vishwakarma in month of MARCH2017 and APRIL2017 after i was Provide him my transaction detail and Bank statement he didn't reply me yet HE IS LOST NOW. then now Capital first again deducted Rs.500 from my account on 24MAY2017 they i was again sent mail to capital first in May2017, now New Executive of CAPITAL FIRST has attending my case her name Miss. SIMRAN PANDEY now she was again asked me for same things Bank Statement and Transaction detail and she said she will provide all detail till 10june2017 but i still not received any reply from her too. I was already provided all detail to her from my bank account but i have not got any reply from them and that capital first is again and again deducting money from my account and not going to provide any detail of it. if i will not got any response from CAPITAL FIRST then i Don't have any option beside that to make a complaint against CAPITAL FIRST in CONSUMER COURT.

                        I had purchased few appliances through one of our local dealer Monica Electronics, & we opted loan from Capital First. Local dealer showed some other product in loan which was of higher value than our amount. Hence, we opposed to pay EMI until this concern was resolved & so, started bouncing EMI from bank but still paid the complete EMI's by cash mode. Now, the capital first is still asking for Rs.8000 stating outstanding.

                          I have taken consumer loan, bile loan and a personal loan from capital first and i have not paid for the last 3 months due to unemployment. I have been making regular payments but have an issue for the last 3 months which i was unable to pay.

                          I am really sorry for this but its impossible to make the payment as there is no monthly income for the last 3 months, Capital first executives keep calling to my wife and motherinlaws number and sending whatsapp audios in a abusive manner like non bailable warrant for u like that and also on Social Media Sites.

                          Finally i have got a job and will make payments regularly for remaining loan amount in capital first office on a monthly basis. There has to be another way like extended my loan tenurity as u are getting interest for it anyways.

                          My humble request for capital first is don't make calls to my wife. Muni Raj is the rep that has been harrasing us. [protected] as i said if we can work somthing out for the better it would be helpfull as i dont have the whole amount to pay for the pending EMI;s i can pay it regularly from next mnth.

                            My Capital First Loan # 8485470. I have paid April month EMI 2134 via NEFT on 8/may(Trans Ref No:[protected]) from CITI bank. but still i am getting mail and messages as i did not paid EMI and it is overdue and it will impact on Credit score. I sent email to customer care multiple times with the screen shot and still i am getting email and i have called many times to them and updated the same but there is no proper action from Capital First.This is too bad and i am experiencing very bad experience. Please make sure to reflect in your system properly and take a necessary action on your team.

                              Hi My Card No: 4470071 has been blocked permanently. I know there are couple of bounces that was ocurred from my account even though i had funds good enough for ecs. I had inquired today with your customer service team and was very rude over the call and i am very disappointed with way you deal with your customer. I need to know the reason why the card was blocked and without prior notice how can you do such thing. This looks very unprofessional. I would really appreciate if some one get back to me ASAP!!! to sort out the problem. You can reach me @[protected]. Need immediate attention and help from your support team.

                                This is to inform that one one of the employee named ARUN ROY was very rude with me over the phone. I had missed my emi for the month of May so I had asked this person to send the executive to my place on 15th of May to collect the emi amount, but unfortunately I had to leave for out for station for some emergency purpose the night before i:e 14th of May, and I informed the same to the executive who called to come to my place to collect the amount. After some time I received a call from this number ( [protected]) and the person named ARUN ROY who had no manners to speak to a person specially a woman, on top of that he is teaching me his way of work, boss emergency doesn't come informed. This person was yelling over the phone like anything, and at last, I had to disconnect the call saying that I will be back to Kolkata in next 2 to 3 days, after that they could call me again to collect the amount. It's very sad that people run their business because of the customers, but if employee doesn't have the ettiqate to talk to the customers, then it will leave a very bad impression of the company. We all are professional in today's world, so we should know how to talk to customers with respect. Very poor customer services OF CAPITAL FIRST.

                                    I am having a loan with your company on my wife's name (Anju Bunty Lodaya) with account number 10100800. I made Online payment of Rs. 2375 on 09/05/2017. I received an alert regarding the same that payment has been received and it will show in my account in next 3-4 working days.

                                    But today at Rs. 2375 got deducted from my account via Fed e-Pay at 01:50pm which I kept aside for my another EMI.

                                    Also I got a call on 10/05/2017 from Capital team and I informed them that payment was done yesterday and it will reflect soon but still they deducted my money.

                                    This is an unethical way of approach towards customer. All I want is refund of my money back into my account.

                                      this is Agnihotri Guha with loan number 9993319. from month of april 2017 I started paying emi of Rs 1000/- per month for videocon AC. After 10th April representative called and told the cheque I had provided is out station cheque and we need to pay by cash for this month EMI. We have paid the cash and then we have found that cheque is also got cleared. So for the month of april instead of paying 1000 we have paid 2000. More over we can see Rs 400 has been adjusted in the statement because of cheque bounce charge. As the cheques got cleared then why this amount has been charged. We had fight with officials in kolkata park street office and they are saying email the problem to customer care. But nobody from customer care is replying to the mail. The agency who calls for money they don't know the stats of payment. After paying the moeny the repeatedly calls us and uses abusive languages.
