On 23/12/2021, Capital First IDFC has deducted Rs. 99 from my account. It is an unauthorised electronic transaction as per RBI rules.
If the money is not refunded to my account within 10 days, I'll be pursuing the matter legally. Consider this fair warning.

Withdrawal Amount : 99.00

      Dear capital First/IDFC First,
      I am writing to notify you that I had an account in the Capital first loan, which was terminated after full payment of Loan in year 2018.
      Now my complaint is that Rs 99 was deducted from my bank account.
      I shall be highly obliged if you take necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

      Below is transaction details
      ACH D -TPCAPFRST IDFC FIRST--[protected] -23 Dec 2021 -99.00 Rs
      Capital First customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My bank account was also debited for rs. 99 by idfc cap first without any concern. I was also having loan from capital first in 2016 which was closed in 2017. Then why are they deducting money automatic.

        Hi, I want to complaint about money deducted from my account but capital first without prior notification as I do not have any pending loan with them
        Kindly look into this matter as urgent as no response will may lead to reporting this as fraud

          I bought two wheeler Honda Activa (HR51AU5942) In Feb 2013.

          RC Valid from: 06-Feb-2013 upto 24-Jan-2028

          I provided few hdfc cheque and amount of Rs 3108 was deducted as EMI from my HDFC account. I believe the EMI duration was 12 months but I am not sure.

          Now, I want to sell my Activa to same company Regent Honda, Faridabad from where I bought it and they need me to provide NOC.

          Please help me to provide NOC.

            I purchesed some electronics machines at 2017 emi basis financed by capital first, there after i never use your finance and i have no relation with your companey, on 22/12/21 and 24/12/21 two times rs 99 was debited from my sb account unauthentically. I want to back my money ..plese take proper steps otherwise i have take some legal actions against your illegal business policy.

              I was puechese a electrinics machine at 2017 on emi basis finance by capital first., but i am not use any card of your companey, still 2017 i never use capital first as a finencer ..and iam not your companey card holder ;though 22/12/21 and 24/12/21 two times rs 99 debited from my sb account no in favour of IDFC capfrst no . why this was happend ? I want to back my amount.Please stop this frad business policy..

                        in last two, three years i have not purchase any item from capital first emi card, i nevar order any credit card or any debit card on idfc first bank, thaen why the Emi network charged 99rs and that already from my account.

                        My request to you please resolve my issue as early as possible and if there is any card issue with my name please cancel it. My registered no [protected].

                              ₹99 debited from my Bank of India Account as per below message

                              BOI - Rs 99.00 has been Debited (NACH) in your account XXXX0037 - NACH DR INW - TPCAPFRST IDFC F on[protected].

                              I have not made or signed any transaction or Nach form with capital first whatsover in last 5 years.

                              This is a fradulent transaction and i request cancellation of all future references to this Nach and refund

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                With reference to the captioned subject it is to inform you that I have been charged Rs. 99/- in my Bank of India account ending 0509 on 23/12/2021 towards NACH DR INW TPCAPFIRST IDFC FIRST 7538.

                                Kindly explain the nature of the above transaction. Also please note that I am not having any sort of facility from IDFC First Bank neither have I applied for any sort of facility from IDFC First Bank which in turn leads the above transaction to be of purely "UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION" nature which is not good for healthy banking practices. It is requested to refund the amount so charged immediately as it has nothing to do with my account also kindly take precaution in near future so that such kind o[censored]nauthorized transactions do not occur. Also requested to please verify the details before executing any transaction as it may be of fraudulent nature.

                                It is once again requested to refund the amount so charged immediately and do the needful asap.

                                      Capital First — Deduction of 99 rs from a bank account.

                                      My LOAN number 26248584 is already settled before 2019 then why the ### is 99 Rs amount deducted from my bank account. Get back to me right now with a refund and apology or I am going to the consumer court tomorrow.

                                        I Have Paid my EMI but still from capital float keep on following via calling and Messages. Even though i have submitted all the backup evidence documents. in that there is no proper response, even several mail also sent still no response.
