Rs.99 debited by Capital First - Need Refund

Dear Capital First/ IDFC First,

I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan in the year 2017.

Now my complaint is that why Rs.99 was deducted from my bank account?

I shall be highly obliged if you take the necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

Rs. 99/ Debited from my account without any reason.

Respected sir/ Madam
in last two, three years i have not purchase any item from capital first emi card, i nevar order any credit card or any debit card on idfc first bank, thaen why the Emi network charged 99rs and that already from my account.

My request to you please resolve my issue as early as possible and if there is any card issue with my name please cancel it. My registered no [protected]....

Capital First Deduction of 99 rs from bank account.

Dear capital first/idfc first,

I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan.

The loan ac no was 13925978 which i have cleared all the loan in 2018.
Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account.

I shall be highly obliged if you take the necessary action to solve this problem...

Deduction of amount without any intimation

I need to write this to you because today i got a message regarding deduction of 99rs why i dont know. They cant deduct simply without any reason. I had my capital first loan long back might be 2 to 3 years back.
Please help me because i feel my money is not safe it will be deducted in this way without my knowledge....

Unauthorized Debit

₹99 debited from my Bank of India Account as per below message

BOI - Rs 99.00 has been Debited (NACH) in your account XXXX0037 - NACH DR INW - TPCAPFRST IDFC F on[protected].

I have not made or signed any transaction or Nach form with capital first whatsover in last 5 years.

This is a fradulent transaction and i request cancellation of all future references to this Nach and refund...

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

With reference to the captioned subject it is to inform you that I have been charged Rs. 99/- in my Bank of India account ending 0509 on 23/12/2021 towards NACH DR INW TPCAPFIRST IDFC FIRST 7538.

Kindly explain the nature of the above transaction. Also please note that I am not having any sort of facility from IDFC First Bank neither have I applied for any sort of facility from IDFC First Bank...

I had loan in capital first 5years back loan are cleared and that account was terminated but why u are deducting in my account without my notice...

I Have Paid my EMI but still from capital float keep on following via calling and Messages. Even though i have submitted all the backup evidence documents. in that there is no proper response, even several mail also sent still no response.

in this regards my CIBIL will affected .

My capital first emi card is permanently blocked

My self saubhagya ranjan das. I was closed a cheq bounce loan with penalty and follow all the protocol as per guidelines and they told me that your can take another loan after (6 months )deposit your overdues.but i recently applied for a loan and found that my card is permanently blocked and my civil score is 550.

That was my last loan which is in 2018 -19.

I called customer care but they can't solve my issue...

Wrong information sent to cibil

Myself Gaganpreet singh. My contact number is [protected]. I applied for a home loan from SBI. But they are unable to process my loan because It is showing a business loan from capital first amounting Rs, 41, 00, 000(Forty one lacs) which is written off. But i never
applied for a business loan. Please check your system & revert asap. Otherwise i have to go to consumer courts....

Not able giving the NOC

Recovery agent harassment and Using abusive language

​I am getting calls from agents and talking nonsense. I actually took one product from Capital First and I paid 4 EMI out of 9 EMI. due to my financial issue I didn't make the payment on time . I told them clearly about my finances and I asked time for payment. After this conversion still they are calling and harassing and using abusive language and also calling my reference number and talking abusive.

I am getting calls...
