This is to inform that 99 rs has been deducted from my hdfc bank without my authorisation. Please let me know how to recover and stop the fraudulent transaction from idfc first

    Respected sir/ Madam
    in last two, three years i have not purchase any item from capital first emi card, i nevar order any credit card or any debit card on idfc first bank, thaen why the Emi network charged 99rs and that already from my account.

    My request to you please resolve my issue as early as possible and if there is any card issue with my name please cancel it. My registered no [protected].

      Dear capital first/idfc first,

      I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan.

      The loan ac no was 13925978 which i have cleared all the loan in 2018.
      Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account.

      I shall be highly obliged if you take the necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

        I need to write this to you because today i got a message regarding deduction of 99rs why i dont know. They cant deduct simply without any reason. I had my capital first loan long back might be 2 to 3 years back.
        Please help me because i feel my money is not safe it will be deducted in this way without my knowledge.

          ₹99 debited from my Bank of India Account as per below message

          BOI - Rs 99.00 has been Debited (NACH) in your account XXXX0037 - NACH DR INW - TPCAPFRST IDFC F on[protected].

          I have not made or signed any transaction or Nach form with capital first whatsover in last 5 years.

          This is a fradulent transaction and i request cancellation of all future references to this Nach and refund

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            With reference to the captioned subject it is to inform you that I have been charged Rs. 99/- in my Bank of India account ending 0509 on 23/12/2021 towards NACH DR INW TPCAPFIRST IDFC FIRST 7538.

            Kindly explain the nature of the above transaction. Also please note that I am not having any sort of facility from IDFC First Bank neither have I applied for any sort of facility from IDFC First Bank which in turn leads the above transaction to be of purely "UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION" nature which is not good for healthy banking practices. It is requested to refund the amount so charged immediately as it has nothing to do with my account also kindly take precaution in near future so that such kind o[censored]nauthorized transactions do not occur. Also requested to please verify the details before executing any transaction as it may be of fraudulent nature.

            It is once again requested to refund the amount so charged immediately and do the needful asap.

              i want to block my EMI card & refund my annual charges which debited my a/c un necessary continue . I was many time raised complain but still they are not working on it. Still card showing active. & after that Idfc & capital first Merge they have only excuse it not our department as well as they not confirm who its right concern team who it will get that resolve.                   I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan.

                  Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account.

                  I shall be highly obliged if you take the necessary action to solve this problem...

                  I Have Paid my EMI but still from capital float keep on following via calling and Messages. Even though i have submitted all the backup evidence documents. in that there is no proper response, even several mail also sent still no response.

                    My self saubhagya ranjan das. I was closed a cheq bounce loan with penalty and follow all the protocol as per guidelines and they told me that your can take another loan after (6 months )deposit your overdues.but i recently applied for a loan and found that my card is permanently blocked and my civil score is 550.

                    That was my last loan which is in 2018 -19.

                    I called customer care but they can't solve my issue and ans me that your card is permanently blocked and we can't do anything from ourside..

                    I.e- after clear my all outstanding i am unable to take another loan from this company or other company as my CIBIL score is also decrease.

                            I am getting calls from agents and talking nonsense. I actually took one product from Capital First and I paid 4 EMI out of 9 EMI. due to my financial issue I didn't make the payment on time . I told them clearly about my finances and I asked time for payment. After this conversion still they are calling and harassing and using abusive language and also calling my reference number and talking abusive.

                            I am getting calls from 4 Oct 2021 and I told them within 2 or 3 days i will make it but unfortunately didn't arrange the amount and the same thing was informed to them and asked for a time till 25th Oct 2021 . still they are calling me doing harassment and using abusive language.

                                    Receiving spam calls of loan offer. I have many times informed that i don't need loan. If i need i will contact you. But they never stops. I get 20 plus call from idfc first for loan offer. Please take action right now.

                                      Me and my family are receiving harassing calls from IDFC capital recovery department for paying EMI. In Sep 2020 Received a letter from IDFC that on my name a consumer loan is pending for AC/no. 27190764, amounting Rs. 32058/-. I went to their office in thane and launched a formal complaint that there was fraud done on my documents. So, they did a formal investigation and closed the loan I was assured from their end that I will not receive any payment request in any form. Bust since couple of months their recovery agents are calling me and my family and harassing for EMI payments.
