[Resolved] Capital First — extra charged in one bounce | |||||
16834367 is my loan account number, i missed my 1 emi which was on 5th january 2019, i received a call from capital first customer care on 9th of january, she send me a link for paying my due emi 5479 with 400 bounce charge and gave me 1 day period, i paid my emi on same date with extra 400 total 5879, upi ref no[protected]. But she told me that i have to pay 400 more for double bounce charge but i already paid my emi on given time after one bounce then why they charged more 400. Was this information helpful? | |||||
