[Resolved] Capital First — extra charges not aware | |||||
Hi, My two wheeler loan account is 10154254. By september 2018 it was closed. But they are saying there is due balance. I do over charges of 800 as i aware of bounce charges of april month 2018 but they are saying 2300 has to pay. I called customer care 6times, every time they are saying new update to me and taking request anfd finally saying request has been closed by concern team and again taking request. But issue is not yet resolved, even last call happened with senior management executive and he said 1500 is waving off and u have to 800 and after called to enquiry about noc again they are saying 1100 still showing. As you said, Dec 2017 charges I paid through Paytm with bounce charges as per executive direction. Please check the image and my question is,
at the time of payment made through Paytm why executive didn't give the information about 2 times hitting thing and why didn't "he asked 800 as bounce charges of 2 times hitted if you not pay this will continue".

When sufficient balance is not available, why you guys hitting 2 times to the same account without informing to the customer and charged 400+400. Is this correct way?
2. If a customer is experiencing same problem like above said on 2 or 3rd time, why you guys not informing to the customers. So, you doesn't care about customers money and make charges as your wish.
3. And if any customer asking information about charges, why you given half half information, because
on 3 time calling only I come know there is 2 times hitting the account
on 6 the time they said, you to pay charges manually not auto deduction. Y?
