[Resolved] Capital First — false cibil information of consumer loans | |||
I took two consumer loans as loan no. 9363014 and 12626464 respectively. The first loan was completed on time without any bounce. The second loan is still active and all installments are paid on committed time. No payment is ever delayed. Still, the company people have registered a cibil dispute which is affecting my cibil score. I have called the custumer cares several times but they don't do anything. My question is that why these people register false cases. Have they appointed unexperienced executives who are unable to enter correct data. The worst thing is after my repeated warnings and requests nothing is being done till yet. There are other companies who never do such mistakes. I took a loan from home credit and as soon as my loan was over the score was updated properly without any delay and mistake. I request to take the needful action otherwise i will file a writ in the honorable high court for compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
