[Resolved] Capital First — False emi overdue and noc not received | |||
Hello. My name is Sanjit Roy. I had a electronic durable loan from Capital First. Loan account number 4150855. Loan amount Rs. 14250. EMI amount Rs. 1782 from 5th November 2015 to 5th April 2016. I ensured sufficient balance in my bank account. Last month's EMI was not deducted on due date. I've called customer care but they did not help me. The EMI was finally deducted on 11th April 2016. But on 20th April I've received a message stating I have an EMI overdue. I've immediately logged in my Capital First account and it said I had no overdue for this loan. It said the NOC certificate is provided after the loan maturity date. The maturity date was on 5th May 2016. Still now they have not provided me the certificate. Also the online account shows my loan status as ACTIVE even after the maturity. The overdue and subsequent problems were from the end of Capital First.
