[Resolved] Capital First — Fraudulent loan | |||||
I had taken a lon recently from capital first for ac for amount of 39000 for which the emi will start by 05/05/17. Now this month i have recieved an msg from capital first that i have taken an other loan for samsung led tv agaisnt loan no : 10947008 for amount of rs. 29826. For which the emi will start by 05/06/17 and the monthly emi will be rs. 2131. When i called the customer care they tell me they will take 45 days to solve a fradulent case. Is that correct as this case must be attend immediately. Meanwhile they will deduct the amount from my account. Secondly they havent signed any documents they how is the loan processed.
