[Resolved] Capital First — harassment from recovery agents | |||
DEAR SIR / MADAM IAM KAMLESH MUTHAPPA NADAR Having business loan in capital first. With reference to the above, i had taken a business loan from capital first on 2016. but due to personal financial conditions i was unable to pay the same for last month and 5 more dues to which there is constant harassment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay. Which is damaging my reputation in the market. Recently my neighbours have received calls from your agent number from the mobile no :- [protected] whose the agent name is avantika and asking them to pay for the dues pending as the neighbour was a tenant whose name is wasim but how they got the number of my neighbour the recovery agent told wasim that u are the guranter in the loan we recover from u like that the agent told him he is here as a tenant he complaint my name in society now he is going to complaint police station. as i have talked to the superior officer of capital first that i will settle all ur loan within the months but this type of problems we are facing from the recovery agent of first capital. we will not settle any amount from our side . if the capital first did not aplogize we not pay any amount .iam taken loan but i have said i will settle the amount with watever charges may be but why are u people damaging my reputation i know its more than 6 months over iam trying to pay as soon as possible but why my neighbour should have face this problem. note:- unless or untill if the agent didnt aplogize i will not pay WITH REGARDS KAMLESH MUTHAPPA NADAR Was this information helpful? | |||
