Hi, I have applied for home loan from arun saroj (Arun. [protected]@capitalfirst.com) on 28/08/2018. He told me you will get the sanction letter in a weak after submitting your document. My deal was final, due to delay deal has been called off. Apart today is 21/09/2018, still waiting for the sanction letter. He is not picking the call from last 4 days. Processing amount has been deducted from my account. I need a complete waive of my processing charge. Or I will do police complaint. Request you to please take my case on a priority.
