[Resolved] Capital First — Loan taken from capital first (Consumer durable loan) | |||
I am being your customer from last 3 years, and i have being paying every loan emi timely. Query:- I have recently took new loan from you loan # 11209329 with 3209/- which need to be deducted from my sbi ac but same was deducted from my dena bank ac. I have 2 loans which i am paying from my dena bank ac. 1. Loan # 8196097 with 1450/- monthly emi. 2. Loan # 6841449 with 2365/- monthly emi. As my new loan which need to be deducted from sbi ac as at the time of loan approval i have submitted my sbi cheque, but same deducted from dena bank, which is wrongly deducted from your side, this has effected my other 2 loans mentioned above same was bounced due to unavailability of fund in my ac. Kindly check at your end and give me resolution for what need to be done now to clear my both above mentioned bounced loan. I will not pay any penny as charges to you other than the loan amount. Talked with your customer care they have guided to visit andheri branch, i am still unclear what are they doing as a customer service as they cannot resolve queries of customer. Although as a very busy person i cannot visit any branch for this thing and requesting you to please resolve my query.
