[Resolved] Capital First — personal loans | |||||
I have taken a personal loan of 3 lacs with the tenure of 48 months from this company. I enabled auto debit in my bank account so that they can easily deduct the loan amount from my bank through ecs but now they are calling me again and again to make payment in cash or online. Infact they are forcing me to pay via cash or online. I don't know why. I have already faced one issue with some other finance company where i had to pay them my emi in cash and then there customer service called me that they haven't received my emi. Totally fraud. And they are threaten me that your cibil will impact or penalty have to pay if you don't pay emi on time. I want to say capital first, my money is in my account and you have to withdraw it from my account only. There is no other way i will give you the emi in any condition.
