Capital First — refund pending since 30+ days | |||
I have placed an order with flipkart on 31st jan'20 worth of rs.25539. Since the price was high, i have canceled the order and i see that flipkart has processed the refund within there set timelines. As i check from idfc first loans end i still see the adjustments are not done yet on this order. It's been more than 30 days and yet no proper response or solution is given so far. Even on contacting customer support multiple times... Used to get the same answer as it will be resolved. Need an urgent resolution on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
