Capital First — Regarding misbehaving | |||
I have taken cosumer durable loan from capital first for air conditioner for 8 month with EMI 2334 RS.Loan no.is 3226465.they forced me for online payment in 7 july 2015.but actually on 6th july they have cut the same amount.i made complaint about it and promised me for refund in 10 days.but the amount did not come till now.and they bounced my EMI on 5 sep.2015.when i made complaint about it they had threatened me for cibil report.now they dont take my call.
