[Resolved] Capital First — Sunflame Built-in-Hob SFH 94FTG | |||||
I am a happy and satisfied customer from 1987 of Sunflame products. I purchased CHIMNEY MODEL: LANCER 90 BF SF94TG vide Invoice N.428 dt.26.12.15 for Rs.30, 500.00. I am very happy with the chimney but, very unhappy with the HOB. The cooking is very slow probably because it is not a brass burner. At the time of purchase I was told that it could be replaced to a brass burner very soon and that I would be informed, they had taken my contacts. But all in vain, inspite of repeated calls and visits till date nothing has been done. Even the Hob burner stands are not firm and prone to accidents of the vessels tilting off and spilling of the food. A replacement of the stove or burners will be much appreciated.
