[Resolved]  Capital First — telecaller harassment

As am the LOAN holder of capitalfirst an the LOAN number is 9794442 and I have paid my every month of EMI on before the date, as my back account is closed so i have paid emi through PAYTM and also paid using capital login id and once I got bounce charges and I paid that 400 bounce charges but still I got a notice from court saying that I didn't paid amount. I want my charges wave off... Every time am getting calls from that them and speaking ### and mentally harrasing me to pay the extra charges. I have submitted my bank statements for the proof and still they didn't solve my problem and I tried to explain the lady who called me from court and she's telling me to shut and keep the call. Their is no fault frm my end then why should I pay extra amount and is that the way she spoke to customers.

I don't want to get any calls and letters from court and I don't want to see bounce charges in my loan I'd which I have paid on time... Please help me am mentally disturbed.

Capital first people playing with me and mentally harassing me by calling everyday. How many times I should tell them I paid it, they will say we will work on it but I will be getting calls again and again... They are mentally torturing. Simply they have put 1500 and penalty and it will affect to my credit score also. Please help me am going mad
