Sir, On 5/04/2017 emi of rs 2397.00 for loan no. 9307293 has not debited because of insufficient balance in account. On 10/04/2017 i have sufficient balance but still my two wheeler loan emi has not been debited by capital first. Now the customer care is saying that you have fine doubled penalty as i have sufficient balance in my account. On 10th of april 2017. Pls debit the amount rs.2397 with penalty i. E. Rs. 2797.
