[Resolved]  Capital First — two wheeler loan cheating

When i researched for a new two wheeler, one the capital first executive contacted and offered me a two wheeler loan with normal interest rate. At the time of applying, the sales executive only filled all the documents and he have taken just signature. and while processing, i have told him, my salary date is 7th of every month and kindly change the date. He accepted my request and informed me to call customer care after 3 EMIs and they will help you out with EMI date change.
As discussed with him i have waited for 3 EMIs to get over and tried to change the date. The first call to customer care itself was a major flop, as the executive who was on call was rude and threatening to make the payment on 2nd itself and EMI date change is not possible and its a false information. i started sending mails to higher officials regarding this fake commitment and tried to contact the sales executive who processed the loan, none of them responded, until february 1st week 2019.
Now almost 3K extra bounce charges i have paid to my bank and the same time, capital First Team have charged me more than 6K for bounce charges from their end which is still not paid.

Response i gave to the mail received from Capital First.

"Hi Sir,

As u mentioned on mail and attachment, the details mentioned is correct as per my knowledge, but my concern is different and still the resolution is not clear. At the time of taking the loan, yes i have just signed the papers for loan and remaining filled by the sales executive, but here my concern is wrong commitment and giving false information regarding EMI date change and monthly monthly im paying a huge amount to my bank and extra amount of Approx 6K is outstanding in capital first due to sufficient balance not available.
Now also your team is trying to close my issue, and not valuing a customers voice. If this is the case, daily thousands and thousands of customers are getting cheated, just to meet sales target of channel partners or authorised sales team."

Kindly support anyone and teach me the required legal pros & cons.

After getting response from the nodal officers, i thought i will be getting resolution with an instant but completely cheating and fraud system. They told me in a good way stating that issue will be resolved and canvased me to make the payment regularly and post this communication, i regularly make the payment hoping i will get a positive response from the team. Now they have shared a mail 1 n half months back stating as you don't have any proof and signed the agreement, they cannot help me. so as discussed with "Suresh L" (IDFC First Employee) i have collected enough proof (call recording with loan sales team) who will misguide the customers just to achieve monthly target and the same is mailed to the nodal officer team and Suresh as well. but after waiting till date also, none of the officials called me and monthly im paying my EMI regularly.
Today morning two of my friends received a call stating that i have not done the payment for last three months and not able to track the vehicle also and insulted me which made me to post this complaint again and move legally. Then i collected the contact number of IDFC collection team and asked them to check once again and they got cleared that i have done the payment and apologised. It's a big mistake taking a loan from capital first and the same is shared in social media network as an awareness for the upcoming customers.
