[Resolved] Capital First — two wheeler loan/ complaint regarding no verification but false report submit | |||
Dear sir, Today the verification for my two wheeler loan CAS ID = [protected] done at office and resident. Mr.Kartik Tripathy called me at 1 pm and asked for the location and I explained regarding the location. We are waiting for him for 3 hr but he didn’t came. At 4 pm I called him and asked him why you not came for verification he confirmed has no time for it. He already submitted the report. How you accepted this. Now I got massage from you your representative didn’t find the location. The same address is on my Adhar card and passport but your representative not find. Kindly look into the matter.
