Capital Honda India — very worst experience

Dear sir due to a rickshaw driver mistake my amaze car damaged front and left side. I dropped my car to prime honda on dated 08/11/2017. But after so many phone calls nobody in prime honda vaishali is able to answer my car condition.
I am very shockded to see how they iritate to your valuable customer.
Sir i request you to kindly look matter seriously.

Updated by anil1670 Dear sir/madam yesterday i also lodged a complaint against prime honda (Capital cars pvt ltd) but stil no responce from honda side.
Sir i have dropped my car to such agency from last 10days for small work. My car left side a rickshaw hitted and left side door fender and bumper got damaged due to the hit. I dropped my car to honda agency but from 8/11/2017 i reguler follwing for my car but no body of prime honda exicutive giving any answer about health of my car.
I am daily seeing two or three customer shouting on shopfloor to worksho manager but they are like dummy there.
I request you to kindly look this matter seriously. I could be a sufferer but you are loosing your valuable customer due to nonsence behavior of capital cars exicutive.
