Hyundai - i10 — Regarding Delay In Repairing of My car | |||
Hello Sir, I am kailash kumar from Noida. I have purchased a i10 ( in my father name - Bannu Mahto) at my hometown Hazaribag, Jharkhand from "Om Shree Sai Hyundai" in 2011. Registration no of our car is JH02U3784. My car is at "Om Shree Sai Hyundai" workshop from 28 December 2012 for accidental repair. Initial commitment for full repair was Mid April 2013. But till now( June 7) car is not ready. I am talking regarding same from Hyundai customer care from 5th may 2013 ( Complain No :[protected]. I have called more than 8-9 times and have not received any call back. Every time customer care person says we are raising your complain to concern department, u will receive a call in some time. i haven't received any call till now. My other concern is, Manager at workshop told us that we have pay Rs 250 per day from 28th december till date car will repair. This is not a small amount now and don't understand, why will i pay amount? My car is for repair at workshop not for anything else. This is not response i would expect from company like Hyundai.
