Dear consumer complaint team, consumer protection is very very important many more innocent people are trapped from naukri.com from thier back-end team every day many innocent job seekers are fooled by carenaukri.in like fake website, the moment anyone touch the naukri.com website there will be many called reach to various job seekers from different numbers asking for enrolling the subscription of their various products as these calls are made immediately the moment job seekers looks at the websit eof the naukri.com, all job seekers are trusting the calls & paying money in the speed of getting in to a good job opportunity it is crime they take away money and they don't even respond and give proper receipts

Consumer complint team please take following actions immedaitley.

1. Mass smss to all naukri.com users from naukri alerting the fraud

2. All public media's to be informed to populate this fraud engine happening

3. Posters & banners at bus stations & railway stations

4. News papers add.

Updated by Bharu Gowda I received an sms from im ccinda the other day saying that. Consumer complaint has been notify your complaint our key account manager will contact shortly.

Consumer complaint has registered your case wide no-2018/19/209. Kindly ask for future help from our key account manager mr. Karthick. K contact number is [protected].

It is authorised message they called my that they will resolve the compliant raised on consumer complaints against the carenaukri.in

Please confirm is he your representative there is also an email recd. Is it fake email please confirm.

Updated by Bharu Gowda I received a message after my consumer form has been forwarded complaint to Cyber Cell police at Hyderabad to making an violent activities on consumer portal. Is raising complaint to Consumer complaints website is a violation, i had raised my complaint on Carenaukri.in website as they had cheated Rs. 50 thousand.

i was doing many follow- up with the person who intitially trapped me for this &

is this number is a valid number, can we trust. [protected] Mr. Krithik is interacting with me, he had asked me the proof i had given my bankstatement and Aadhar id proof.

i request some confirmation that we can rely on this number for my refund from the right authority from Consumer Complaint team. as i am little scared once i got cheated.

please advise.

More than that after checking the number and name we found out that this person is most likely a cheater. He was spotted on different websites. We do not ever ask anyone to share their banking and other financial and confidential information. The only exception could be - an automatic message to add more information the current company usually asks for, right after submitting your complaint for some confirmed and well known companies like "SBI (State Bank of India)" for example. So beware, we would never ask anyone for their information in the comment section, private messages on our website nor through your email address or by phone.
